Autumn wondered how the universe could be against them so suddenly. First the war, then Alex and Willow, now her and Rose were both having to change their lives, Jordan was thinking about death, what's next? How could it possibly get worse right now?

Angel shrugged it off. The girl obviously hated her, and who cares? It happens. No big deal. Honestly, she didn't care about much of anything anymore, but she wouldn't let the others know this. It's hard to keep pretending everyday. I can't lose Jordan, though.
