Well it does have the WHMIS symbol for 'radio active' substance or radiation. So I bet that's what the design is based off of. :)

Well it does have the WHMIS symbol for 'radio active' substance or radiation. So I bet that's what the design is based off of.

This litter looks like they're designed off of a mad scientist and his lab. Besides the fact that they are all wearing goggles, here are some reasons why I think so:
The first one looks like a scientist. The black band looks like a belt to hold his apron on, which explains why he is a brighter white than his next sibling. Kind of disturbing that it looks like he has blood on his gloves, though...
This one looks like a beaker/test tube. The lines on the tail being the measurement lines. He also appears to have some green splatters on his gloves.
This wolf seems to be the computers and such in the lab. The gears on the wings, the glowing buttons/lights on the tail, and some techy designs on the main body.
I agree with angel23456, Sarcophilus Harrisii, and Saikiyo on this one. It looks like radioactive stuff that a mad scientist might experiment with.
This one I'm not completely sure about, but the electricity reminds me of Dr. Frankenstein.
Like I said, I don't know for sure with some of this, but this just what it looks like to me.

Actually he has a scissor, injection needle and cut/stitch marks on this tail. It looks like his tail has been stitched together again.
