I smiled. "We could always sneak out the window and have a cigarette." I said brightly and pointed to a window big enough for us to fit through.

I helped her get up and then jumped out it myself. I reached back to the windowsill and grabbed a packet of cigarettes. I took one out for me and lit it and then gave the packet and my lighter to her.
