Longclaw was passed out behind his mate.

Ivykit's eyes sparkled. She padded over to Firepelt's den. "Awww...they're so cute!" she mused quietly.

Iceheart was sitting on the top of the hill, her tail flicking back and forth. She wasn't by Tarja at the moment, so she was just thinking.

Tarja was out hunting nearby.

Firepelt wrapped her tail around her kits, shifting her upper body slightly so that her shoulder blades were touching Longclaw's chest.

('Cuz...I like playing kits...^>^)

Longclaw purred unconsiously.

Iceheart laid down, her head on her paws. She was thinking about the kits. I wonder....

(Sorry for poofing so long, BTW...homework really took it out on my brain...Oh, tomorrow's Hump Day!)

Tarja returned after a while with a couple of voles and a blackbird. "Prey's getting scarce..." he said. "That worries me, especially with the new kits..."

((Today's hump day...tomorrow we have JCL.))

Iceheart snapped back to reality. "Well, it is winter..." she said softly.

(Yes, and tomorrow is Hump Day too! January 16 is the middle of the month! Soooo...HUMP DAAAAAAAYYY, YEEAAA!)

Tarja nodded. "Soo...what'cha thinkin' about?"

"The kits. You. The 'clan.' Food." Iceheart listed off.

Tarja laid down in front of her, nosing the two voles over to her. "And what have you figured out so far, if you don't mind my asking?"

Iceheart sighed. "I...I'm not sure. Firepelt and Longclaw have their own kits to take care of now, and he have ours. We have no true warriors." she seemed stressed.

"Our kits are only days away from six moons, we can apprentice two each, while Firepelt and Longclaw take care of theirs...by the time they grow up, our kits will be right at the point of taking the final test..." Tarja pointed out.
