Go to textures, then there will be a bunch of boxes with textures. The Bringle Effect is in there.

My oekaki won't load, and I did the new download, it just loads, and loads and loads. Which it wasn't like before.;-;

Also, where is the link that you can switch what version of Chibi paint you use?

I have been working on it for a hour its not working and I'm not sure how to get old java's to use Oekaki.
