artists only chat/announcement thread! because I hate sending out 2345 PM's every time I wanna say something!
okay, going to start with the rules:

ARTIST RULES:
1. no work is to be posted of your own accord; you will PM me the art and i will post it under your name.the only exception is when i give permission for you to host an event or raffle, at which time you will be handing out the prizes.
2.no line-edits are to be made without asking first; it is considered art-theft if you modify,repost or steal without my permission.
3.artists may give out strikes, or even bans for art-related offenses.
4. artist will not be paid. they are expected to hand in 4-5 litters a week, as well as completing any breedings or customs. they shall recieve payment for any art asked of them that exceeds these expectations.
5. if a form has mentioned a 'preferred artist' you are to allow that artist to complete the form. if the artist does not comply within 10 minuted, PM them. half an hour after the form has been posted, you may complete it if the preferred artist has not.
6.once you have started completing the artwork for a form, please quote the form with the words 'doing it' or similar, so that other artists do not complete it as well.
7.when you breed, the offspring can only have an altered line-art if it's parents are mutated or two different species. parents with the same lineart and species must have children of that lineart and species.
8.yep, you guessed it: 'follow the tess rules'. and have fun! feel free to question the rules.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
Maybe if there's 4 a week, then two artists can handle two litters, making it easier for both of them?? Dunno.
Also, thanks for making this thread!!

oh, yeah, it would be good if everyone made a litter per week, that would be good for the safari's especially.

I am just going to submit as many litters as i can a week. nothing you can do about it because its a free world, i will try to get 2-3 a week tho.
