Astraya watched and herself heard the noise, she also sensed and felt in her bones large very thick metal door sliding open to a room next to them and closing with a loud pattern of footsteps. She jumped "Someone's gotten out I think!" she said in excitement and went over to the 'door' and also knocked and tried to push it as hard as possible wit her powers "Hopefully they come" she said worriedly

Foxoi heard the soft whoosh as the door opened, and instantly he felt the fire rushing into his hands. It was immensely difficult to hold back, but he really didn't want to hurt this guard with fire. He had, after all, just opened the door for him.
Instead, Fox spun his weight round so that he faced the guard. The man was older than he was, and physically stronger, but he didn't have the tiny advantage of blazing hot skin. Foxoi charged, then leapt upon the guard, punching quick and hard into his stomach. It winded the man, and the fire-mutant dropped quickly as a wild punch swung his way. He ducked, then watched with satisfaction as the guard slammed his fist into the metal wall and howled with pain. He looked over his shoulder, wondering is Shay would finish the guy off- it was only fair to share the fun, surely.
