ғᴜʟʟ ɴᴀᴍᴇ: Scarlett E. Davenport
ᴘʀᴇғᴇʀʀᴇᴅ ɴᴀᴍᴇ: "I hate nicknames, don't even start with me." || She will always and has always gone by Scarlett. Her family calls her Elaine because she was named after her late grandmother.
ᴜɴᴀᴜᴛʜᴏʀɪᴢᴇᴅ ɴɪᴄᴋɴᴀᴍᴇ: "I'm not a lion." || She's been called Scar on a few occasions by some unfortunate souls. They learned their lesson quickly.

ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ᴏғ ᴏʀɪɢɪɴ: Florence, Italy || She was born in Italy, but moved to New York when she was a few months old.
ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ᴏғ ʀᴇsɪᴅᴇɴᴄᴇ: Friday Harbor, Washington || Her father's job moved them to WA when she was ten.

ᴀᴘᴘᴇᴀʀᴀɴᴄᴇ: Dressing to impress, Scarlett knows she is pretty and flaunts it in every way possible. Standing at a rather tall 5'9", she has a slender, curvaceous body. She weighs 124 pounds, most of which being in her butt and chest. Her legs are lean and her stomach flat, suggesting she spends many hours working out to keep her figure nice. She has mid-back length, naturally straight blonde hair, a color only a few shades darker than Barbie's own. She parts her hair straight in the middle, something that most people cannot pull off; but naturally, Scarlett has a small nose and looks elegant. She has angular features and prominent cheek bones and full, heart-shaped lips. Her eyes are a pale grey with a small tinge of an aqua-blue. She wears a lot of dresses, sweaters and cute tights along with dainty (expensive) shoes. Large scarves are an obsession of hers, and she is always sporting unique jewelry.

ɢᴇɴ. ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Scarlett is your typical high-class snob. The doll of her family, she's been raised to believe she is the most beautiful girl out there, she is always right and no one should get in her way. An only child, she tends to behave a little selfishly and does things for herself that she probably shouldn't have. Due to her god complex, she has a huge issue respecting authority. More often than not, she will act out when she is not the leader and attempt to take control back from the person that has been given the position. Her parents were no help in the development of her rather snobbish personality--they always called her cute when she behaved selfishly, told her to 'take what she wanted' if there was something bothering her and even told her she should always ask for more than others tried to give her. Even with how rude she can be, she somehow found friends in high school--although if you ask her friends, it was merely because she has unnaturally good looks and having her as a friend makes it easy to meet pretty people. She is a raging spitfire and will not take no for an answer. When angered she can be rather short-tempered and even fall to blows with the person she's irritated with. More often than not, she holds intense grudges and cannot let the past go. One thing is undeniable though--she is a very intelligent, logical young woman. It is just hidden underneath her sassy front.

ғᴜʟʟ ɴᴀᴍᴇ: Cleo Aspen Moore
ᴘʀᴇғᴇʀʀᴇᴅ ɴᴀᴍᴇ: "Just call me Cleo, there's really no nickname there."
ᴜɴᴀᴜᴛʜᴏʀɪᴢᴇᴅ ɴɪᴄᴋɴᴀᴍᴇ: "My little sister always called me Clo, because
she couldn't pronounce the E."

ᴀɢᴇ: Eighteen years old.
ɢᴇɴᴅᴇʀ: Female.

ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ᴏғ ᴏʀɪɢɪɴ: Born in Madison, Wisconsin.

ᴀᴘᴘᴇᴀʀᴀɴᴄᴇ: Cleo has a startling unique appearance that has
always earned her lots of attention wherever she goes. Her hair is
a deep, dark golden blonde that hangs down to her waist. It has a
little bit of wave to it, but otherwise it is very manageable. She
almost always has it tied up in some strange way, including her
signature headband braid, which wraps around her head several times.
She hates leaving it down, because it gets in the way, so people
are often surprised to see how long it actually is. Her skin is very
tan, partially because she was born with a darker complexion and
partially because she spends a lot of time doing summer activities
such as wakeboarding, swimming and beach volleyball. She tans
extremely easily and holds onto the color almost permanently.
The negative side of her skin tanning so easily is that she also
gets freckles like no other. She is dotted across the bridge of her
nose with light brown marks and also has them on her shoulders as
well. Cleo stands at a petite 5'3", only weighing 106 pounds. This
makes her decently underweight for her height, and gives her a
breakable, dainty appearance. Her arms and legs are very, very
thin and her stomach is flat and practically nonexistent. Some of
the most prominent features on her face are her eyes and her lips.
She has deep, moss-green eyes that pop because of her tanned skin.
Additionally, she has beautiful, full lips that are accented by her angular
features and prominent jaw.

ɢᴇɴ. ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Cleo is oddly quiet, but not because she is shy.
She is a major people-watcher, always staying in the middle of things
but keeping her thoughts to herself. People always assume she doesn't
catch the things they say and that she doesn't notice what they are talking
about, but then she surprises them by randomly throwing in a very bright,
respectable comment now and then that causes them to realize she is
always listening. She is incredibly attentive to detail, especially since
she has gained her abilities. Her memory is incredible and her maturity
level is far higher than most people her age. She can stay frustratingly
calm no matter what the situation, and people assume her to be too
weak to fight back due to her small, underweight body. Surprisingly,
her newfound abilities have allowed her to stand up for herself in
dire situations... but around the group, she cannot do such a thing
and just has to respond with witty comebacks and hope that her
verbal assaults will make people respect her. She will only talk openly
with people she has come to trust, and everyone else will only receive
short, polite answers from her. She is incredibly intelligent and
strategic, but tends to keep her knowledge to herself unless asked
to contribute, because she knows better than most how some
people can get mad about 'being shown up' by someone 'lesser
than them'. She is helpful, caring, thoughtful and kind with nearly
everyone, although she can have her moments with people she doesn't like.
Her best friend, Reid, is one of the only people she will speak with on a
regular basis. She becomes a whole new person around him, opening up
and spilling everything. Since the war, she has developed a sort of sixth
sense, and is very good at figuring out what is bothering a person or
how they feel. To someone who doesn't know she has powers, she just
comes off as extraordinarily perceptive, to the point of almost being
a little creepy.

ʙᴇʟɪᴇғs:

ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀs: Cleo has powers that she absolutely adores.
Her biggest, most noticeable power is her ability to move
things with her mind;;her telekinesis.
It is very complex. She can move things, but she can also manipulate
molecules themselves, to cause things such as explosions.
She also has basic elemental abilities;;she can conjure fire, but she can
only manipulate existing water. Earth is a whole different matter. She
cannot grow a plant from nothing, but she can speed up the process of a
plant that has been planted in the ground. Additionally, people around her
begin to heal at a faster pace than normal. It is almost like she gives off
a radiation of her own.
Lastly, she has acquired better fighting skills since receiving her powers.
She believes it is because of the fact she is seen as so weak by everyone.
Now she can fight back with strength, speed and agility no one would guess
she ever had. She has learned great fighting skills and is a huge asset to
any team she fights for.
