Alex sighed and shook her head "Alright then we'll either freeze or starve" She grumbled

"I guess we should get some rest", Risla'ad said.
"I can't put up a fire though so I mustn't eat tonight", Mya told Risla'ad.
"Alright but make sure you eat in the morning."

"Its getting kind of dark out and i'm not keen on what hunts in the dark" Alex said looking around nervously, she felt Icefire shiver underneath her
I agree, i can see in the dark you can't unless you use magic and you're not exactly dressed for battle right now She began to descend
"Well i'm not entirely sure the ground is any safer" Alex mumbled

"Maybe but you know how risky spells are if they aren't worded right" Alex said and closed her eyes searching her mind for the right words "And even if i do know the right words they might be shielding themselves with magic"
Doubtful Icefire growled. Alex shook her head slightly, she pulled out of her bag a silver scrying dish and poured water into it, she worked better with water

Alex felt a slight tug as the magic began to work, she jumped up knocking over her scrying dish because a light had just appeared and it seemed to be making a path
"Guess it worked" She murmured hastily stuffing the dish back into the bag "Come on Ice" She said and followed the path with Icefire following "If this doesn't work we are making camp and going to sleep" She muttered
No arguments here Icefire said with a hint of amusement

Alex broke into a run but she could see something through the trees now "Ice go ahead if they try to leave stop them"
Gotcha Icefire said moving away so they wouldn't see her take off and Alex tried to figure out a small spell if that didn't work
