The Rainbow After the Storm (Heavy Rain RP.)

Zayden had, of course, felt awful when he heard Shaun yelling his name. He would have went with him, but he still had Norman to take care of. He would make sure that he'd go back and see him later. He'd make sure that he'd go and see them all later.
He was about to answer Norman's questions when he began to yell, and he stepped back with widened eyes. He simply shook his head. "I don't know! You're the doctor here!" he shot back, not meaning to be rude, though that came with his sarcastic personality. "It's Norman Jayden. Can we get him inside now before he gets any worse?" he asked.

"Ok, Mr. Jayden. My name is Peter Bishop, I'm a doctor." He smiled slightly. "We need to get you inside. Peter motioned to his men to get Jayden onto the stretcher.

Norman gently moved into a more comfortable position before being strapped down. "Hendrix...what the heck's going on? Why am I in this moving bed?"

The medics placed their gloved hands on Jayden's scars and cuts, wiping away some of the blood, and pressed down hard to stop the bleeding. "We need to get him in there soon, he's bleeding out!" the paramedic called.

The doctor walked beside Norman and the stretcher. "How did this happen, Mr. Hendrix?" The doctor glanced over at the man in the hospital bed all scratched up. Seeing his cuts and how pale it was, it was obvious that Norman was losing too much blood.

(( My parents are watching Fringe, if you're familiar with that show, and Peter's name came up. I needed a doctor name so...X3 ))

Zayden swallowed. His throat was terribly dry. "There was a car wreck, and he got himself all cut up trying to save the guy inside." he said. He then paused. "He did save him, actually. He saved his life." he said, staring at the ground as he walked, not wanting to look at Jayden and think about what would happen if he was to bleed out.

(I've heard of it! XD)

The doctor nodded as Zayden told the story. "I see. Norman Jayden? Hm... His name sounds familiar to me...any idea why?" The doctor asked, looking at Zayden. "Where are you both from? You're not from around here, obviously."

Norman moved his arm over his eyes. He smiled and mumbled something about being comfortable.

"Anyone we should call?" Peter asked as he watched Jayden shuffle and turn in the gurney.

Zayden nodded. "You have probably heard of him. He was involved in the origami case that was going on a few months back. He solved it and caught the killer." he explained. "I'd say that you've heard his name a lot." he said, eyeing his friend as he moved around. He shook his head. "No, pretty sure everyone important is aware of what's happening." he said. He'd call Blake later, but he doubted he'd care.

Peter nodded. "I see. The Origami Killer case, hm? Yeah, I've heard of that." He looked from the agent in the stretcher to the one right in front of him. "You're both from the FBI, aren't you?" The doctor asked with a small smile.

Once they got inside the building, Norman, still delirious out of his mind, mumbled something about ducks and was wheeling back into the hospital. "Zayden!" Norman whined. "Come...come with us, will ya? Please?" The paramedics had to push the man down as Norman struggled against their hands. "Hendrix! Come on...they're wheeling me away." He whispered.

Doctor Bishop looked down at the man and popped his eyebrows. He was surprised that Jayden even knew what was going on, let along talk and think straight.

Zayden nodded slowly. "Yeah, we are." he confirmed.
He jumped when Norman spoke his name, blinking when he was practically begging for him to come. "I'm guessing I'm not allowed in there yet, am I?" he asked, looking over at the doctor. It didn't really matter..Jayden wouldn't remember this anyway. But it did make him feel a little bad. Maybe Shaun would be ready for people to see him now, or perhaps Ethan.

(( Has Ethan been in the hospital? ))

Doctor Bishop looked over at Hendrix and shook his head, whispering to Norman that he couldn't come and proceeded to roll him back to the operating room.

"Uh...Zayden Hendrix!" The nurse announced sharply. "Your friend, Shaun Mars, is ready to see you." She looked from the chart to Hendrix. "And maybe you want to call his mom or someone." The nurse smiled and tugged at Zayden's arm, starting to lead him to Shaun's room.

"Zayden!" The ten year old shouted when he saw his friend. "Zayden!" He urged the agent inside. "Where's Dad and Norman?"

(I would think so. Or hope so, at least. XD Do you mind if we just say some paramedics got him to the hospital?)

Zayden smiled at Shaun, walking into the room. "I think your dads in another room, but I'm not sure. I'll check up on him in a few minutes," he said, pulling up a chair and crossing his legs. "Norman's in another room too. I just saw him." he said. "How are you feeling?" he asked, trying not to make him worry too much about his dad and Jayden. They'd be fine..he hoped.

"Well," Shaun wiggled around in the bed, trying to get comfortable. "This bed is stuffy and tight. " He looked around at all the beeping equipment. "And I have this thing in my arm." He motioned over to the IV and moved his arm slightly. "They also have all these...beeping, drippy thing attached at me." He was scared, completely scared. He thought about the time he was in the hospital getting his stomach pumped for the Origami Killer.
