No. Removing the statue dog wouldn't help much. The trade would still be unfair to the top. Those 2nd gens are only worth mid/late 2009 rares.

The 2nd gen dog was available for a long time [until mid 2009 if I'm not wrong] and it's quite easy to find, so the 2009 dog only is enough. =)
