You cannot do that on another persons pet, but if you really want to find out what Person A traded for something from Person B you can click Person crap pets and see if they came from Person A. If they do, they were most likely part of the trade, unless A and B have traded with each other mutiple times.

Yeah... I didn't think about that. It would probably cause a lot of trading grief around the 18th. Still, it would be nice to have them. People would just have to be on the major look-out for the PPS symbol before accepting any trades.

Anyway, I still have 3 pups growing that I plan on keeping. ^^
Luna (swirl), Finesse (tag), and Coulson (non).

Luckily, I still have a little while before they have to leave their little puppy forms forever behind.
