They said they weren't interested in joining, because they want to focus on a few role-plays, as opposed to spreading themselves too thin. But they said thank-you anyway. c:

A question, will it be just Fleetfoot, Ashpool, Flintface and Ashpool's apprentice doing on the patrol, or will we need to role-play minor characters, for the time being?

Honestly, throwing in temporary minor, faceless characters for the sake of the plot has never been a problem for me. Add or take away however you guys see fit. I don't like roleplays that are so constricting that you can't bend a little to mold it and let it grow. I was going to have Ashpool, Ashpool's apprentice, and possibly Flintface if he chooses to go since he seems like the kind of feline to request not to go on patrols if he doesn't feel like it, along with whatever cats you wanna throw in there for the sake of the plot. It'll be the deputy's job to assign patrols, as is their typical duty ^^

They'll be going on patrol, and you guys can have as much fun as you want with the rat attack as long as none of Tess'a rules are broken. I don't care about violence or anything like that but this is a kid's site xD. Anyway, they can rush back to the camp and inform Leafstar, who will call a meeting after Rowanheart tends to the wounds and she and her deputy will talk with the medicine cat about what should be done. Then the main cats will journey for the forest.

The rest of the clan that we don't roleplay out can be elders that decide to stay behind or warriors that are too stubborn to leave home, or whatever seems realistic.

That's perfectly fine ^^ Throw in faceless cats wherever you guys need them. I find doing that helps things move along. Rose and I do that to each other all the time xDD. No need for forms for these faceless cats, or even names unless you want them to have a name. They can be kits, warriors, whatever works.
