Eli quickly drove to the large Starbucks building a few blocks from housing. It was a busy part of town and he loved the smell of the food shops and bustling activity. He quickly parked in the back. Eli was the store manager so naturally he was there first. He took his keys from his pocket and opened the back door to the store. He looked at his watch, it was 6 am, he had woken up at 5:30. Remembering he forgot to brush his teeth he groaned , " gross " he said aloud. He switched on the lights and started cleaning off the counters and tables. He turned everything on and went to the back to pop in some pastries ajd things to cook while he continued to get ready for open time in about 10 minutes.

Otto

Otto returned her smile and set the food out onto the table. He got himself a muffin, bacon and coffee then sat on the couch while he ate and sipped his mug. In between bites he flipped on the tv and flipped through the channels.

The food on display at the table had Augustus's mouth watering within seconds of looking at it. His stomach growled loudly as he piled his plate up with six pancakes, five strips of bacon, and two buns then put on some tea. As he began to chug through the food, still with surprising table manners as the food disappeared within minutes, he glanced over at the TV from the table. His tea finished and he poured a little bit of milk in and three pinches of white sugar before gulping down the rest of the meal. Once he had finished he quickly washed his plates up, dried them and stacked them back where they were before. He grabbed some of the paper towels and places them neatly over the food so it could retain heat until the other House of Fire members were ready to eat it. Finally, Augustus turned to Otto again, wondering if he should interrupt him from watching TV. Finally, he decided for it. "Thanks for the food, um... it was Otto, right?"

((So, I don't know when school is actually starting and, um, Serena won't do anything else until half an hour before school starts. :3

Bailey groaned softly when he remembered that he had to go to work. With a sighed he hurried his way to the bathroom so he could brush his hair and teeth. There was no way he could go any where before he brushed he teeth in the morning, it just felt nasty if he didn't. He slipped on his boots and grabbed his keys, heading out to his truck. The drive to the stare bucks wasn't as long as he wished it was. Bailey loved driving, it calmed him down almost instantly, making him concentrate on something instead of letting his mind wander off to who knows what. Once he arrived at Starbucks he parked his car and headed inside.

Eli unlocked the too front doors and then went to the bathroom real quick. He checked his reflection in the mirror. His dreads were messy as always but that couldn't be helped really. Next , his mocha colored tawny skin looked good today and it was almost glowing his dark shirt(s) were stark against his skin and made his eyes look darker than usual. He smiled and rinsed his mouth with mouth wash that he kept on the counter in the bathroom under the sink for emergencies like this. After rinsing his mouth throughly he wen out to the store at started filling orders for the usual customers that came early. He looked super cute in his grunge like bad boy band outfit and his black apron.

Otto

Otto nodded at Augustus and smiled at the younger guy, " yeah no problem bro" he said, his voice was sorta gravely but happy. " you and Phoebe are from New Zealand right? Cool accent , bet you get lots of girls .... Or guys i dont know what team you play for " he chuckled.Finishing his breakfast he stood from the couch and walked over to the sink and set his dishes down. His eyes lingering on Phoebe and bent to scrstch on of her terrier dogs head. Ottos blue shirt made his lean quarterback body look good in the morning light. His eyes looked blue ish today. He scuffed his foot on the floor then trodded upstairs to grab his backpack and laptop.

Augustus merely shrugged at the comment on his accent and brushed aside the slight joke on his dating preferences and settled on the couch for five minutes, checking if there was anything interesting on. When he found there wasn't he wandered into the bathroom and brushed his teeth, gazing into the mirror and allowing his thoughts to go wild as he thought about what the day would bring. It wasn't his first year at School of the Arts and he had pretty much chosen the same subjects as last year so it was going to be just another day to him. All the same, it would be interesting to see who else had been accepted, this year. Socialising was interesting, especially with people from all different regions of the world. Once he had finished and rinsed his mouth of the minty toothpaste he went back to his room and grabbed the things he needed for the day, checking the time sending a text to Serena to check she was alright. Phone bills were different in America in comparison to New Zealand and it had taken him a long time to switch over plans and pay for it all. Serena hadn't had to worry as he had worked out hers, too. Augustus sighed as he stared at the window at the beautiful island he would call home for most of this year.
He really had missed it.

The sweet sound of birds chirping woke Keelan up. It was lovely; like something from a fairy tale. Her eyes fluttered awake as she smiled against the sun's rays. Wait, sun? Birds? She jerked to a sitting position with a rush. Her black hair flew into her face and her heart raced. Work! I have work! She rolled out of bed and feel to the ground with a thud. "Ouch," she groaned as she squinted at her clock. It blared 6am in large red lights. I was early?! Great. With a quick moan, she rolled unto her feet and shuffled her way to the bathroom. Since she took a shower last night, she just brushed her teeth and got dressed. She was wearing boots and leggings with a floral dress. Minimum make up and off she went. Since it was only 6:30 and she went to work in an hour, she decided she wanted some coffee full of milk and sugar. Starbucks it is.

Keelan walked down the slightly empty street on her way to the coffee shop. When she got there, she pushed opened the door gruffly. Immediately, she eyes met those of the boy behind the counter. She tucked some hair behind her ear as she leisurely strolled to the counter. "I want.. Um some coffee. I mean.. You knew that, but I mean I would like a White Chocolate Mocha frappuccino." She wanted to slap a hand to her forehead for being so darn awkward. She didn't know the guy really, though he did look around her age. Maybe they went to school together?

Eli smiles and quickly makes her drink. " Im Eli. I hired you " he laughed at her look of confusion " and we go to school together" His hands moved quickly over the counter, assembling the drink with fast perfection like he had done it a million times and in fact he had. Eli had worked there since he was 16 and he became manager at the beginning of this month. His mocha colored handsomeness had a ruggedness about it that most everyone liked, and the bad boy/ polite edge he had to him was too much compared to his charm and witt, his boss loved him and so did the customers. He handed her the drink " enjoy" he said perkily,and looked behind him to see Bailey coming in.

Otto looked at his watch, about 45 mins before school. " why did i get up this early if i didn't have practice!?" He groaned he looked around for the other members of the House of Fire. He wanted to talk to the guy, he hoped he hadn't offended him by saying what he had, he himself had been bi for awhile but decided when he broke up with his ex boyfriend that he had wanted to stick to girls... That was another reason his family didn't talk to him much.
