Katie mentally kicked herself and let out a sigh. She looked down at her hand and stared at her parent's old wedding rings before she pulled the sleeve of her jacket down over her hand to hide them.

Zack had already seen the rings but didn't bother to say anything when she covered them up.

Katie knew that her mother's old locket was clearly showing as well, but she didn't make any moves to cover that up.

Zack continued walking he had nothing to say.

Katie let out a sigh as she walked along, pushing her motorcycle next to her as she did so. Her tail was wrapped around herself and her ears were flattened a bit because, well... She felt a bit depressed now.

Zack was about to wrap his arm around Katie then stopped himself putting his hand in his pocket.

Katie felt like she wanted to cry again, but stopped herself from doing so. She bit her bottom lip slightly, holding back her emotions. No... you're not getting emotional in front of Zack. Not this time... she mentally scolded herself.

Zack glanced slightly at Katie "You can cry if you need to..." he said.
