dala is a mippi who loves palascinta
its a hungarian dessert that is pretty much a thin pancake thats almost like a crêpe. the palascinta itself isnt sweet, but the filling. its usually a jam, topped with powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle, or a light sweet cottage cheese like filling. its fun to eat, and you cant really stop once you start. all in all, dala loves it.

Minna's favorite sweet is my homemade lemon chiffon cake, topped with a fluffy whipped icing similar to those traditionally used for red velvet cake (but that suits the chiffon cake very well). The cake is then covered in sliced strawberries in an elegant swirl pattern with a buttercream rose in the center. *Based off of my favorite recipe to make at home. *O*
