Am I the only one who gets annoyed when there's just one person out of an entire roleplay who's posting in first person?

Oh, one more rant:
What's the big deal with being alpha female/lead mare/etc.? So many people jump at the chance for those ranks, and I don't get why. I know I used to be one of those people, but now I hardly ever request the rank of alpha female. I find it kind of irritating... I mean, in many roleplays, there is the rank alpha and beta, and instead of the female having to win the male's love in order to be one of those ranks, it's the other way around.

Alpha: Must win Jade's love
Alpha female: Jade
Beta: Must win Sapphire's love
Beta female: Sapphire
Warriors: (blah blah blah)
Mothers: (blah blah blah)
Pups: (blah blah blah)
Loners: (blah blah blah)

In my opinion, it makes more sense for the male to have the rank and then the female winning his love to earn alphess/betess.

Meh. Usually with alphas they're mated pairs, but at the same time, the alpha wolf in a pack should be the strongest and most capable wolf. Which is 90% of the time not the actual alpha. ;] But beta wolves being ranked are silly. Though I have no problem with a female alpha.

My first ever RP that worked was suddenly killed because the ten or less members suddenly went highly inactive and now say it is dieing and all quit at once, its not very nice for me as I was still enjoying things but they just were not posting D;
Anyways I guess I'm reduced to a no rping life. And see rant no. 2 for why I won't join an active one.

I hate joining active rps which I don't own because no one tells me whats going on because I'm off during the most active times except on week ends and no one cares for a new member and helps them settle in, especially not if they don't hold a main role!

How NONE of my rps have picked up past a few inactive members joining. They start, have the high points taken then die almost as fast as they were made.

So I have chosen that rps must not be for me and therefore am quitting for good until further notice >:'(

Same here. I am currently quitting public RPs for these reasons:

1. Art theft. >.> So many good RPs get locked because of it, and it's usually because of a 'close friend'. Or so he thinks... He's been giving me that title for a while now, and I don't like him too much anyways. He's one of these n00bs who post one liners, nick art off of Bing, stick it in their sig and avie, and claim it to be their fursona. >.> I told him you can't do that, and he said it's allowed because apparently search engines are free, so their pictures are free to use too. Yeah, RIGHT.

2. One liners.

3. That there's no good semi-lit RPs about that are actually appealing, and fun, and active.

4. My damn writer's block.

5. Timezones...>.>

So, for now I'm being forced to use only 1x1 PM RPs with close friends...

I like 1x1 RPs alot but Its sorta fun to have more then one person. But then again you can't miss much xD.
The one RP that actully likes me and I can RP in and have fun goes like 30 pages in an hour for the whole day. Do these people not have school!? I had dto quit because while I'm there they woudl have nothing to do with me or some strange plot haha. Then when I left they want to move so I told them to assume I was following.. Then I killed my characters xD.

I once joined an RP about a group of wolves, who were advertising that they needed a Healer (This was on a different site, so they weren't breaking any rules). I signed up, and at first I was pretty happy with the position, because they were glad to have me and it was fun. But, not much later, I discovered that I was the only one who had a life outside the RP. They would gain 15+ new pages in just a couple of hours, and never paid much attention to me if I asked what had happened while I was away. I tried to stay strong, but it was just too hard. I quit, and haven't from them since.
