(Yes, I'm alive! ^^ Oh, don't worry, Mango. I haven't really posted either. By the way, do you know if your sister quit?)
SunClan
Flowerface jerked her head up, barely able to keep her eyes open. But something was wrong, so she would have to stay awake. "What is it, Ravenkit?" she called out, recognizing the tom-kit's mew. The medicine cat stepped out of the leader's den looking for the source of his plea for help. It had sounded as if the voice was coming from the apprentice den, where most of the kits were sleeping, tucked away for the night. "Fernkit, could you bring me some chamomile?" she asked before trotting off to the small den in search of Featherkit and her brother.

Fernkit nodded, not entirely sure if she could remember what chamomile was. She had helped her mother countless times in the medicine den, moreso in the last few days than she could ever remember. That fact didn't mean that she had every herb memorized. She was only four moons old, after all. The light-furred kit padded into the leader's den, skirting Petalsong and her newborns. The six tiny kits had not yet opened their eyes, which was strange. She and Pansykit had opened their eyes the very day they were born! Turning back to the task at hand, she looked through the motley assortment of herbs in the back of the den. Fernkit remembered that chamomile smelled sweet and was soft to the touch. But how many other herbs had those very same characteristics? A countless number of them, she was sure. The kit finally settled on a sweet-smelling sprig that she hoped would be the herb her mother was looking for. She picked it up carefully in her mouth and padded in the direction Flowerface had gone.

Flowerface padded into the apprentice den. "Quiet down, Ravenkit. You'll wake up the others." She looked in Featherkit's direction. There was no blood, and the she-kit didn't appear to be in pain. "What is the meaning of this?" The tired medicine cat was a bit annoyed. Was Ravenkit just crying wolf?
