they're quite simple to follow, with the picture amusing and the quote idea appealing to the eye.
Your rules are fine, though you might try taking out the pets. Having more then one image in your trading center lags things and I wouldn't put in a image if it didn't have a point. Also you need to fix your capitalization or lack there of.
Maybe try:
If you want to offer on something in a locked group, pm me about it.
I am also looking for a Capricorn Zodiac Dog. I can offer to swap for an Aquarius. I'm looking to trade up, hopefully for something on the advent list. In particular I would like the Cream advent and/or the Vixen advent.
My dream pet is the Timberwolf, I am willing to offer a lot for one.
The wishlist-locked group is for wishlist pets.
Unless you're COPPA'd, please send me a message with your trade, I'd love to talk to you.
So, have a nice day on CS and in general.
Thanks for trading with me!

Very simple and to the point. The centering gives it a neatness, and I like how you've made the text bolder/larger in the more important parts c:

i would shrink the image a little bit or just remove it, as it draws the attention away from the rules. i'd bold the rules if they were that small and/or color them. the hoards aren't really needed, as if they're on your wishlist, it doesn't really serve a point. other then that, the rules are short and simple and easy to read. c:

↠ I like that your rules are in one paragraph at the start, so people don't have
to scroll through loads and loads of text and random stuff to find them. c:
They are fairly sensible and in a nice compact order.
↠ The pictures at the end are nice, but you may want to put some of them
next to each other [on the same line] so there is less to scroll through.
It gives the rules a more organized look! c:

i love the little "last updated" thing uwu it helps a lot to know when rules change. the "save the seals" picture is really cute, too, and it makes it look like there's less text C:
i would actually remove the second rule, since a lot of people on CS don't use that terminology in trades, and it really isn't fair to discriminate just because of the way someone writes. that kind of thing can really send away a lot of traders.
also, you start numbering your rules more than halfway through. i don't know if that's intentional or not, but it makes them look a little scrappy D:
