What can we, as mods, do to improve the CL community even more?
I'm a co-owner/admin so I am a mod, but I have a few things to say.
This isn't directed towards anyone specific, just generally (and myself included).
For starters, I've seen some mods answer questions with "I think it's ok" or "Maybe?" If you don't know the exact answer then don't answer! There of plenty mods online at a time, and answering to a question "Maybe?" does not help whatsoever, it's like spamming because there's no point if it helps none.
Mini-modding. Like others have said, the rules against this little problem need to be enforced, using perhaps stricter tactics. There are a ton of mods and admins, and then we have the two owners. There is no reason for anyone to be answering a question directed a mod.
Also there's something you guys were talking about - strictness. You need to mind your tongues (no offensive, it's just this got me a bit mad). Like you said, we are not strict here, and yet you continue to talk about. How many people have we banned? Two, and neither were permanent. One of us staff had to curse at the adopters, and guns cried once. With all that we still aren't strict. (Sorry for bringing that event up to those who were there for it) Here at CL we are incredibly nice and we try not to be strict. But we do not need you to criticize how we do things around here because we can be strict like other adoption centers, and when pushed we will be. Please just enjoy the fact that we are a little bit kinder than other centers, but don't take it for granted. Also, CLs will not "fall in chaos" and no, everyone will not leave. People are still here from the first thread, and we've been through many troubles since then.
Sorry for harshness, it's just that someone needed to say something.
