Let me dwell on this for a while.
I guess I had that scenario in mind for the appearance of the tree and hill, but I don't believe I actually considered incorporating the "big brother" concept into this comic. Still, it is possible. Though I think that it might take away from things a bit...
I don't think I'll go with the exact tree-having-thoughts thing, but Druin being an orphan is plausible. And I like it that the tree comforts him in some way.
What do you think? Should Druin an orphan? If so, what are we going to do about the implications that brings? And why is he an orphan?
This is an important descision, if we are going to make him an orphan, we need to do it for a good reason.
Here I am asking "why" again. I just don't want such important things to be chosen "just because."
