To me it looks like a very thin scarf *shot*

The ones on it's paws look like bangles or bracelets, to me anyway. And the one on its neck is probably a necklace, and the one on it's tail is... uh... a piece of tail jewellery?
Either way, it still reminds me of Egypt.
