He waved, then spotted Justin and gave him a winning smile before turning to go.

Nunki waved goodbye and went inside, "And before you ask, Joel offered to walk with me on the way here."

"Alright, well, supper is ready Nunki," Logan said, not knowing what to answer to Nunkai's reply.

"Nice job Kiki, you just baffled father," Justin said as he walked to the dining room and sat in his usual chair.

He swiped a hand through his hair and began walking home, thinking of Nunki and the guy he assumed was her brother.

Nunki laughed a rolled her eyes, "I always baffle Dad, you know that JJ," Nunki said, playfully punching Justin as she sat down at her usual spot and served herself, then had some food, "Mmm, Dad, this food is yum! Who cooked this? I know for sure that you didn't cook it, no offense."

"Uhh, we have a new maid, Sage, she cooked supper," Logan said as he sat down in the chair at the head of the table and dug in also.

"Thought we had a new maid," Justin called out as he ate.

Sage sat crosslegged on her bed,flicking through the pages of the book that she was reading.She let her hair drape over her face like a curtain before shaking her head to make it go back to it's original position.

"Speaking of which, Sage! Supper!" Logan said, after he had swallowed some food.

Nunki watched as a girl showed up at the doorway, then she ate some more, after glancing at Sage.

Justin didn't look up, he just kept eating.

Sage placed down her book and got off the bed,straightening her clothes and quickly running her hands through her hair before slowly walking to the dining room.She stood in the doorway for a minute before slowly sitting down at an empty chair.She put some food onto her plate before eating slowly and carefully,not wanting to get some on her clothes or her hair.

"Hey Sage, I heard you're our new maid," Nunki said.

"Hey Kiki, wanna go and race our horses after supper?" Justin said as he cut up his chicken.
