My friend has mockingjay, and I've begged my mum to get it, but we cant find it in any borders anywhere D:

I've favourited a bunch of Hunger Games RPGs, but I wonder, how do they decide who will win? There must be some process. Cause, they cant go like, "OMG OMG I KEELED YOU FROM BEHIND AND YOU DIDNT HAVE TIME TO RETALIATE SO NOW YOU ARE DED." there would have to be a competition of some sort...

No, it's a clever thing of luck. It's some coding that was written to randomly give you an attack. Etc, etc. You'd have to look at the games on HGO or THGRPG.
