Brendon finally stopped. He fell to his knees taking deep breaths trying to catch his breath as he looked around. "I don't.. know." He said panting hard.

Jessica gently jumped on to the ground and turned around, looking at him. She watched him till a butterfly caught her eye and she watched it land on her nose. What is this, she asked.

"A butterfly." He said still completely out of breath.

Jessica watched it fly off and went back over to the male. Whats your name, she asked as her wings spread out then came back to her body. She gently laid her head on his knee and chuffed it softly.

"Brendon, not really an interesting name but you know it fits. What's yours?" He asked softly.

Jessica, she looked up at him with her big sapphired eyes. They were liquid warm, happy to be out of her egg. She sat down infront of him, her tail swaying back and forth.

As he pet her head with a smile he thought of who her owner maybe. Why they left such a cute little thing alone. He looked into her enchanting blue eyes and smiled. "Your so beautiful, I have never really seen a dragon so close." He thought.

Jessica, without realizing it, had burned him when he touched her, leaving a silver mark of a dragon on his hand. Thank you, you're the first human I have met, she smiled, revealing 2 very small fangs.

Brendon gasped when his hand started burning. He gasped and looked at the small mark. "Did you do that?" He asked.

Jessica frowned when she saw she had caused him pain. She looked at the mark and shook her head. I may have, it's possible when you touched my head, it could have been a bond, I'm not sure, she whined gently. I'm sorry if I did, she looked pained from probably causing him pain.
