Emeraldeyes began to feel kicking in her stomache. Their coming! She thought gasping. She rushed to the Medicine Den and saw no one there. She didn't have the energy to walk anymore, and laid on the ground, waiting for somecat to find her.

Meadowpelt was coming back from searching for herbs. She heard a gasp, and bolted to camp. "Oh gosh." She mewed, and put the herbs she collected in her den. Then she got the ones she needed. "Emeraldeyes, we need to get back to the den so your kits can stay warm. Just try to stand, and I will bring you to the nursery. Okay?" She explained calmly, not wanting to frighten the queen.

Meadowpelt lay Emeraldeyes softly in a nest. "Now, eat these poppy seeds and juniper berries." She instructed, bringing them close to her mouth. "And then, push. The two herbs will calm you and ease your pain though."
