So lately I was thinking about purchasing a tablet for the oekaki, and I was wondering which tablet would be the best to get, and where I would get one. Any advice from any tablet-users would be greatly appreciated. c:

Thanks! I was considering a Wacom Bamboo before, but I wasn't sure. It looks like they have them in a lot of Canadian stores. Thanks so much! c:
Also, I was wondering how it works. Like, do you draw the image on the tablet and then sync it onto the computer, or, just... how does it work? (If that's not too much to ask).

Yeah I love my tablet. c: Haha, no thats fine. You draw onto it (the tablet), which is blank, and whatever you draw onto the tablet comes up on your computer monitor. I think some tablets do a thing where it also comes up on the tablet (but they are super pro and expensive :'D). I think, if you're starting out its safe to get a simpler one at first. :3

I also have a Bamboo tablet!
When you draw on the tablet it should appear on the screen, like with a mouse except its like a pen.
The tablet is super durable- I've stepped on it at least 5 times and its all good.
I would support you getting a program that is like Photoshop- FireAlpaca is a good place to start, free and does most of the things that photoshop does

Oh thank you for that advice. It'll be really useful seeing as my dog likes to chew on everything. It'd be a real shame if she got a hold of it.
And thanks for that advice too, I'll be make sure to look into it. And how about deviantART, does it support that platform too?

You can draw on deviantart Muro with it, and uploading pics is perfectly fine c:
I own a wacom bamboo tablet myself.

I wouldn't compare it to a track pad. I would say its more like drawing in a notebook depending on the size of the tablet
♫ Well, I meant how much easier is it than using a trackpad?
