A suggestion I have would be for the breeding part. I'm more of a visual person, and there are probably others like me out there, but there could be like a chart with the groups of which each size can breed with. If that makes any since? I'm terrible at explaining things x3

For a behavioral suggestion, I'd say that most of them could be ranging in the more positive personality areas, but to say not all are happy go lucky because a lot of species will do that and will sometimes restrict the variety people would bring in.

For a community suggestion, they could be flocks (they look more bird than cat) and range from 2 to 25, their small size allowing more size in flocks due to the small amount of space they'd need. Their ranking could be based on that of age, with the oldest (though if the oldest are physically unable to, or decide not to then the next oldest) male (and his mate) or you could make it female based, which would be fun too, lead. There could be elders, or maybe more 'senior' members who participate not as much as the youngsters who're below them and old enough to contribute, and spend most of their time mentoring said youngsters. Of course, they'd be heavily relied on in battle, and are expected to protect the flock. Maybe have the teenagers simply be in said training to actually perform tasks, the much younger children being taught culture and stories. They could only be allowed to breed once they've gained respect as a working, helpful flock member by the leaders? Just a bit of spewed ideas for you, lol.

On another note, you'd say that they'd have a lit of predators too because of their cat-like size.
