roamed around the camp, checking the preparations for their journey. He had hoped that they would be able to stay in this area longer, but the humans had came sooner than he thought. He approached the lead hunter, rica. (is it ok if everyone sort of knows everyone, or would you rather go through introductions?) "Rica, do you think you could gather your hunters and gather some extra food for the journey?" His voice was lined with authority, but he didn't put it there on purpose. He turned to look for the healer, to see if she needed help gathering any herbs. There weren't any pups at this time of year, which was good. He loved pups, and would one day like his own, but moving a pack was a lot easier without the curious pups running around.

She was unsure of the supplies they may need on the journey, so it would be hard deciding which ones to carry with her. She knew she needed to take some oak leaves so if anyone got hurt they wound would not get infected, and she was sure she was taking the petals of various flowers, knowing they would be useful on the journey. But, she still couldn't decide which berries to take.

she paused outside of his den, surprised to see him emerging from it. "ah there you are jack!" rica greeted warmly. "anyway now that you're up, cryptic wants us to go hunting." she informed, sitting down on her haunches. everyone in camp was going to be busy today, with them moving and all. rica wished they could stay here, since she'd gotten used to it, but they had to leave due to humans. silly humans, always messing things up. she snorted at her thought. shaking her head, rica snapped out of her thoughts and turned her blue eyes to watch jake.
