Personality: Scales has always been one to stand out in a crowd,to be picked after the others but only because of fear,despite his kind soul and his urge to please his master. He would never unintentionally hurt someone,but will hurt someone out of fun or desire
Story/Scene:
"Guys,I'm scared." I said,pressing myself against my smaller brothers and sisters. The storm outside was raging and trees were falling over and we,we were outside. They whimpered in reply as a crack of lightning shot through the air and thunder boomed. The rain was climbing higher and I could feel the cold air ruffling my fur.
"I'll protect you." I said.
"How?" Asked my sister,her voice a squeak as more thunder and lightning shook us.
"I....I don't know." I admitted.
Then I was shocked. Shocked to see a car rolling down the street,the bright headlights flashing,and in this weather. Water splashed into our box as the car drove by,then stopped and pulled over,a small child ran out of the ran out of the car and picked up the box,a green scarf wrapped around the small male's throat. He got into the car and set us beside him. This was the most warmth I had felt since we were taken away from our mother. My small creamy sister looked at me. "Brother,we aren't tame animals,we are wild,we are dingo's...." She murmured,trailing off as the boy picked me up.
"Mom I want to keep this one." He said,holding me up.
"Thats very well honey,we can take the rest to the pound tomorrow." She said as they pulled into their driveway. The boy carried us and our box into the house and let us out to play. My two brown brothers tussled while the boys sister cooed over my small creamy sister,putting a pink bow on her. I grabbed the green scarf around the boy and tugged it away,playing with it and wrestling the boy over it. "I'm gonna call you Scales." He said and he wrapped the scarf around my neck gently. Scales. I thought silently.
My black hair flopped into my eyes as I growled and attempted to rip the bone out of the other dogs jaws. That was my bone,I had saved it for a long time,and now it was my birthday,and I would eat it. Even though Charles-The boy I have come to know as my master- can provide more for me and Cream,my sister,this one matters the most. I don't know why. This was my bone,and the slightly smaller Pit Bull was not going to take it from me. I snarled. "It's mine." I yanked it out of his jaws and he bit the air,no,not the air,my ear. I yelped as he shredded it. I snarled and turned,with my bone,and raced back to my home.
My human had also put a golden thing around my arm. It doesn't feel weird or anything,but it is a little heavy. "Real Gold." I recall Charles saying. Gold,I didn't know what this was,but humans seemed very fond of it. My sister,however,still has her light pink bow around her neck. The male brought me somewhere and put some black stuff into my fur. I don't know what it means,but I trust Charles' judgement.

Backstory: " AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!", a little girl screamed while being chased by her brother. And guess what? She was carrying me. I hated my life. I barked in a cry of fright and pain. Why? She threw me at her brother. The boy caught me thankfully and scolded the girl. He stroked me gently and set me in my bed. He was my favorite person in the house. One night the girl had gotten the scissors and came downstairs in the dark. I awoke to a *snip-snip* of scissors as she appproached me. I howled with anger and pain as she cut my fur and then my ear. I growled and bit her. She screamed and her parents came running out and smacked me, not even caring what she did to me. The boy came out and bandaged my ear when the adults left the room with the girl. I licked him in gratitude. He told me his parents were taking me to the pound in the morning. And they did. I never saw them again.

Personality: Gun likes to roam around, never staying in one place too long, as he's never had a place to call 'home'. He likes to tell lies, but not lies that'll hurt others. Well, hurt others that aren't bullies. Gunny HATES bullies, and usually fends them off of some weaker, more vulnerable creature on the street. He likes to steal food from humans, and then he share sit with his friends who also, like him, don't have a home. He is usually humorous and easy-going, but if you try and talk about his past or family, he'll become as stiff as a board and not talk. He hates seeing others sad, and he's a real gentleman around the ladies. Gun has a soft, caring side, but hasn't really shown that to anyone, because he hasn't found anyone he can show it too.
The History of Gun's Family: Poor Gunsmoke was born into a fmaily of beggars and bullies, his father beating him, his two sisters, and his mother every night. When he got older, his father ripped a serious wound in his ear, and from then out, Gun had a ripped ear and a broken spirit. He vowed to soon get away from this horrible family, and to stop all beeatings and bullies. Well, another night, his father put large gash on Gun's chest, and he was lucky to survive. He found a tattered green scarf and wrapped it around his chest and neck to staunch the bloodflow, and it's stayed there ever since. Then came the most hideous day in Gunsmoke's life; his father killed his mother, right infront of his poor kit's eyes. His sistsers had been too shocked to say anything, but Gun stepped in and tried to get to his mother, but his father stopped him. Gunsmoke had been so scared that his father would kill him, so he ran away into the city, and from that day on, never went back and never spoke of his past. He still wonders today what happens to his sisters, and he really wants to find his way back to see if his father killed them too or not.

Gunsmoke overshot the turn and crashed into an old pile of cardboard boxes, scattering pieces everywhere. He laughed, then sneezed because a shard of the soft cardboard landed on his nose. Gun climed out of the mess, shaking the bits and pieces off his dirty fur. He looked around and found Fritz, one of his good friends, trotting over to him. She was a fuzzy black and white cat, with stunning yellow eyes. She was carrying a mouse, and by it's bloody smell, freshly caught.
"Hey Gun, I found some prey. You wanna share some?" she asked him, setting the mouse down and sitting lightly on her haunches.
"Sure. Looks good, dear." He and Fritz had know each other so long, that they called each other names only mates would call each other.

It was a cold and stormy night and a wolf ran around the street angrily.
She wouldent let anyone get near her.... Until i came along
Her scarf was a weopon and her food was a prize or so i thought.
"No dont hurt her." i said angrily pouncing in front of the beast and hissing in its face... i felt a pain in my side it grew dark..................I woke up she was there she saved me but i was supposed to save her i am ashamed of myself....Why did she save me? I mean I am just an alley cat.. But I don't understand... Does she care about me? Does she want to eat me? Maybe she cares... Maybe.... Just .... Maybe... All I know is that I .. I care about her.. Sorry I gotta go the street cleaner is coming....

I was ruffling into the fur off my mum, the buetiful, soft, silky redish fur, as i herd a noise out side. i was scared. we wern't in our house at the time, we were on the streets, my sister fast asleep, snoring like a elephant. i then had a flashback.

i remember, running, we were playing tag, i thought it was fun, till this older man joined in, we were all worried till he said he was my mates dad. i asked him the name, he said ellie, yep that was correct. he joined in. when we were just about to go, he said in a firm and quite nasty i must say tone," oy, lets not get to hasty to go shall we?why cant we stay a little longer?"
i got worried and ran, my friends, yasmie and melodie sprinted to there homes to, but he followed me! why, i wondered as a passer by screamed. but because of what? when i reached home, it wasnt there, it was, was just wood and rubble. it had been burnt down. that person, on the streets.. it was my mum.

uhh.... i shead a tear, as i carefully cuddled up with by loving sister, Rebecca. she was not like me or my mum, she was much taller, bigger(but not by much) she only had hair on the top of her head. she was 5ft 6 and wierdly really old! about 16!
us cats die around that age, wierdly she hasnt....
