Don't give up. Make sure he's on your wish list and keep looking. Sometimes it takes awhile to successfully trade for popular PPS. I do mini-groups of twenty, usually with 10 outcomes of 2 different PPS. It can be slow sometimes trying to get even 10. Sometimes offering overpay can help, especially since many people are more reluctant to trade PPS. Also, make sure you offer something that is popular. The firefly PPS is popular, and even more so now that it has a GUPPS, so people will be looking for something else popular in return. You'll get some eventually!
