Fogheart smiled at her. "Well then, let me get Sedgewing and we'll be on our our way." He turned away from Darkpelt nodding at her as he walked away and headed toward Sedgewing, who looked like she was done speaking with Nightpelt. He stopped right in front of her and meowed. "Are you up for a hunting patrol? Darkpelt and I are hunting under Ashstar's orders." Fogheart asked gently, as if he thought she might have something else to do.

Ghosttail flicked his ear at Silverdust, signaling that he had heard her and that he as well saw the tail. He crouched down and crept silently towards the place where they had seen the hare's tail. His pawsteps light on the ground, Ghosttail wasn't used to hunting hares, but he knew that he couldn't let this prey go. There were cats hungry back at camp after all. His veins coursed with exhilaration at the thought of catching this piece of prey. As soon he thought he was close enough he shot up and raced the toward the hare. The hare had a racing start but Ghosttail caught up to it after some running, he instinctively shot out his front paw to trip the hare to make it trip. The action worked and as the hare struggled to get back up Ghosttail sunk his teeth into it's neck, the hare fell limp in his grasp. 'Well that's surprising! Who'd had thought I'd catch somethin' like this?' Ghosttail thought. He purred with happiness at his catch and jumped around in glee. He then remembered that Silverdust was still there and flattened his ears shyly; chuckling through a mouthful of fur in embarrassment.
