Silverdust padded along, her nose glued to the soil as she traced out plenty different scents, Rabbit... rabbit... mouse... bird..? mouse... was here seconds ago. Silver lifts her head and looks around, her tail swing side to side as she tried to detect any movement or other scents.

"I want to save the food for someone's who's actually hungry! I'm no-.." Interrupted by his stomach again and a look at his mother's victorious face, Frozenkit waddled out of the den, for the first time unhappy to go to the fresh-kill pile. Everything here was thin, skin and bones. He knew he should be grateful, but that didn't mean he couldn't keep his opinions to himself. He took the smallest mouse and brought it back to his mother. He looked up at her, with an 'Are you Satisfied' look.

Ashstar pads over to Fogheart. "Can you tell Nightpelt, Silverdust, and Sedgewing their chosen for this mornings hunting patrol? You can go with them if you want."

Fogheart nodded. "Of course, Ashstar." He looked around the camp clearing, searching for the cats Ashstar wanted wanted him to choose for a hunting patrol. He had spotted Darkpelt close by the warriors' den and Sedgewing was chatting with Nightpelt, though there was no sign of Silverdust in camp. Then Fogheart had remembered that she had went hunting with Ghosttail earlier to hunt. 'I hope those two bring something back.' He thought as he looked at the almost empty fresh-kill pile. He padded up to Darkpelt, "Darkpelt! I do hope you're up for a hunting patrol." He said as he got close enough to her.

[Sorry, it seemed like the closest thing to a 'Nightpelt' was Darkpelt. It looks like the actual Nightpelt is an elder. xD]

Ghosttail lifted his nose and sniffed the air for any sign of prey. 'Rabbits, birds, and mice.' He discovered. He tipped his head the side in confusion, as a kit his mother would always tell him how prey was very scarce and hardly anything could be found. It was probably rare for three of those scents to be together. Ghosttail however didn't mind, the only thing he cared about the moment was bringing home something for AngelClan to eat and to get out of this StarClan forsaken weather. He looked over to his hunting companion, Silverdust. Who was swinging her tail from side to side, she seemed like she smelt the same things he had and was keeping a sign out for them. 'Oh, I should probably the same.' Ghosttail thought. He pricked his ears for any sounds.

Darkpelt looked up at him "Sure" she meowed in reply and stood up stretching

Silverdust froze still, "You hear that?" She spoke silently, "I think there is a bigger prey around here." She whispered. Silverdust looked around, and spotted a hare's tail, "Over there.." She whispered. She feared going after it, being not an experienced hunter, and wondered if Ghosttail could get it.
