"I would've come back. I would've done it if I knew you felt the same. Carter has his girlfriend, and he's head over heels for her. I'm not cupid." Wynter stated coldly, knowing he didn't want to go too far into this. "Just go back to your dark girlfriend and leave me stranded in the woods, because that seems like a perfectly logical thing to do." she said in a sarcastic tone. She looked at Jaxson and crawled over to him, shivering before she hugged him around the neck.

"I'm sorry...", He licked her hand and stood up. "Do you want a ride home?", he asked softly.

"No...I wanna stay here, with you. I don't like the Fire Kingdom, it's too hot there." Wynter said tiredly. She had been exhausted from the events of the day and she was actually quite comfortable with Jaxson. "It's like sleeping on the couch together in your apartment, remember?" she said softly, kissing his furry forehead. "We just kept each other warm because the heating system was down."

"Wynter, please don't.....", He said at the memory. 'I'm with Negra now, what am I doing?!..', he thought to himself.

Wynter looked hurt at the comment. "I...I see..." she stammered, before shivering and backing away, wrapping her arms around herself to keep warm. "If I really mean nothing to you, then just go. If everything I ever did for you and with you are just wasted space, then leave." she said softly, before drawing her knees up to her chest and crying silently again. "If us together meant nothing to you, then go away and never come back..." she cried, her shoulders shaking violently. A halo came into view over her head, but it looked as if it had been thrown against a wall sux or seven times and pieced together badly, and it was about to break again.

He hated seeing her like that. Jaxson turned back human, scooped her up, and began walking.

Wynter shivered again, cuddling up to his chest. She buried her nose in his chest and purred roughly. "Glad to know I mean something to someone other than my brother..."

He sighed. "You mean to me, but I can't Wynter... I don't want to hurt Negra like I did you...."

"You aren't on a dare with her." Wynter said, her voice filled with jealousy. "You actually love her."
