Ahahah I FINALLY got my magikarp badge. xD

How do you get the Magikarp badge??? I've seen it one other people's scrolls but I don't understand how to get it.

There's a BSA called splash for shallow water dragons. You use it enough times and you get the magikcarp badge. I think it's 100 times? And you can use it once a day for each shallow water.
