Oh, and I'm thinking of making a mare to start out in a herd. Anyone interested in having her? ]
DESPEREAUX'S BRAVADO
age; eight || herd; bachelors || tags; the bachelors || gender; stallion
Des lifted his nose to the wind but from his current place which was in the low plains, he was unable to catch many scents. A little frustrated, the stallion pawed the ground a few times but made an effort not to get too noticed. He didn't want the other stallions to get irritated at him. However, Des was bored of where they currently were.
Pivoting around, he trotted back towards the bachelor herd and tossed his head. "We should move somewhere higher where we can see more." He suggested to the herd thoughtfully.
DANTE
age; five || herd; bachelors || tags; the bachelors || gender; stallion
Dante's ears flattened as he charged at an all too curious coyote pup. Even though the main dangers were gone, the pesky coyotes still managed to offer up some sort of trouble. Dante had been chasing them around for five minutes and had even knocked an adult with his head. Now that they had finally been scared off, he returned to the middle of the bachelor herd just in time to hear Des' suggestion.
Being the arrogant stallion he was, Dante tossed his head up indignantly, "And why should we do that? What do you know, tame scum." Dante narrowed his eyes at Des, letting out a low whinny of warning. Being younger than Des would normally be a disadvantage but Des had been tame and knew little about the wild. And so, Dante was unafraid to start a brawl with him.
DEBONAIRE
age; four || rank; lone mare || tags; no one || gender; mare || status; in heat
Throwing her head down, Debonaire's hind heels kicked into the air. She was sick of these flies and was finally venting her energy. Of course, after only thirty seconds, the heat and constant movement tired her out and she trotted to the wide but shallow stream. It ran through both the high and low plains, a constant water source. Debonaire had taken up residence in the high plains, close to the east forest. Glancing around now, she swished her tail which released some of her heat scent before returning to her drink.
