As many OCs as you want, but keep the Canons to about 3 each... Depending on how many more people join.. If nobody really joins, go crazy xP

Quick question! We are starting out as Genin yes? I was just browsing the character forms for the OCs and it seems like some seem just a bit too powerful to be Genin. I don't know maybe it's just me. XD
