Hey guys,

who do you use for male face-claims?
I typically like guys with an olive skin tone with dark eyes and hair. On top of that, I find it awkward just googling random guys. Honestly, I've only ever used Shahid Kapoor's face-claim, and I used Ranbir Kapoor's once [ and I don't even like him ] — it's just not okay.

I usually just go on weheartit and type in key words like 'ginger freckles' etc. and scan a couple of pages. Either that or look on imdb and look around for either popular movie actors or 'movie actors under a certain age' type lists (Andrew Garfield, Logan Lerman). Either way tends to work, in fairness. It just depends on whether you want someone famous or someone random. Also quite a lot of the time you can just ask other users, I've often found that if you're stuck on a face claim and ask the rp owner or someone else from the club they're usually willing to help or give suggestions c:
Youtubers are also good because tumblr users make loads of gifsets of them (hence I pick PJ Liguori sometimes)

i always use actors i know and love

i've used ben c (for like, three different characters orz), chris pine, ben whishaw, luke newberry, freddie highmore, michael fassbender, paul anderson, aaron taylor-johnson and aidan turner
so far, anyway. i also plan to use (whenever i get time to make more characters):
robbie kay, hugh dancy, jamie dornan, andrew scott, sam claflin, matt smith and daniel radcliffe etc. etc. etc. + more male actors hh

so uh, yeah. have a list.
they tend to be from films/shows i've watched, because that's where all my muse comes from.

Not gonna lie, I usually just use attractive guys from the shows and movies I watch ^^

When I can't really find any actors that fit a character I'm trying to work on, I just google a trait I want him to have and then put tumblr or weheartit afterwards, and a lot of usable pictures come up. This is what I do for a lot of my girl characters, too c:
