BlackMist marked the borders and began looking out for other cats.

FoxFace nodded then pretend to pounce on a unaware enemy.

HawkShadow stalked a squirrel very carefully, then pounced. He was too slow and it made its escape up a tree. "Mouse-dung" He swore under his breath, he had to bring something back. He tasted the air before dropping into a crouch and scooting slowly across the ground. He pounced, and barely caught the mouse. He covered it with dirt and went looking for more prey.

She felt her stomach growl in hunger, she stood up and padded to the fresh kill pile and saw there was only a few bits of prey. She didn't take eney prey because there wouldn't be much left.

After catching a few mice, HawkShadow thought the patrol should head back to camp. He grabbed the mice by their tails and went to join Tawnyfur and their apprentices.
