He follows her and sees his pet owl. He laughed and said, "hey Bandit!". The grey owl flew in and rested on his shoulder, dropping a disconnect in his hand. He looked at it and tucked it into his pocket, then turned to Negra.

"Bandit is so cool! I have Ying and Yang, mice." I said, showing him my mice. "Bandit, don't even think about it,"

He laughed and stroked her belly. "She prefers fruit, meat isn't usually her thing."

"Fruit?" I asked her, pulling an orange out of the fridge. I chopped it and plopped it into a bowl with some chopped strawberries and pineapple. I grabbed a box of grapes and dumped them in. "Ta da! For humans and birds!" I proclaimed.

He smiled and ate a grape. Bandit looked at him expectantly, so he held a bit of pineapple out to her. She gladly took it and gobbled it down, then twittered happily.

She brought a plate of food to Shade in her living room. "Here you go dear."

I smiled looking at Bandit. "I have a fruit tree behind the house, if you would like to hang out around there," I told the owl. "I could make you a little house there. You would live like a queen,"

He looked over at Bandit, who flew over and rested on Negra's shoulder. "I think she likes that idea..", he chuckled.

"We could do that soon! Just let me finish my lunch," I told him.

He smiled and called Bandit over. She reluctantly returned to his shoulder.
