Ash knocked him on the side of the head with an open paw, claws sheathed. She teased playfully, "Are you thick?" She mewed, giggling.

Zeus sighed and rested his head on the ground.

He cried out "but.... how will they find us?" he said softly and rubbed his head "and that hurt"

Luka thought of the cubs after he heard Zeus's and Ashanti's worrying tone, he stepped out of the cave and let out a series of roars, legging them know where to locate them.

Zeus rested his head on her shoulder and warmed her as she slept, his own eyes groggy, but refusing to sleep.

Ash snapped, "Well if we don't find a cave soon, the hyena's will find us," She whimpered. "Why did you think I was crying? Obviously I was lost!" She heard roars and jumped. "That sounded like daddy," She mewed. Because Luka was technically her step-brother, he sounded a lot like Zeus. She ran towards the roars, crying back in reply.

Luka smiled and kept his roars flowing, he stepped forward and could see the small cubs in sight, he called to them. "Your father and Mother are here!"

Ash scrambled, running faster, but skidded to a halt 15 feet away when she saw that is wasn't her father. "Who...who are you? You're not daddy..." She mewed, slowly beginning to back away from him, her ears flattening.

Luka smiled at the little one. "I'm your father's son, hello sister." He looked back towards the cave. "Your father and mother are both in there, waiting for you."

Ash stuck her lip out stubbornly, not trusting Luka. "You're too OLD to be my brother. Pluto's my only brother." She mewed, taking a few steps forwards, inspecting him.

Luka smiled. "I'm Zeus's older son, your father is in the cave and is expecting you." Luka said a bit sterner and padded slowly into the cave. "Father, Ash is here, but she doesn't believe me it seems, call for her."

Zeus chuffed for Ash softly so he wouldn't wake up Ashanti.

Ash's eyes widened and she warily took a few steps forwards, cautiously peering into the cave, her tiny head appearing around the corner, her ears perked up. She smiled as her dad purred. "Is Pluto with you?" He asked.
"Yeah,"
"Let me see him,"
"Okay,"
Ash called for her brother, her tail lashing happily, still glancing at Luka. After a few moments she turned her full attention to her older brother and padded up to him, sniffing his paw. "How old are you?" She asked, looking up at him, her bright blue eyes watching him, studying his face.
