The huge male was no healer and could not guess how bad the injury was. However , he knew it was causing her quite a bit of pain and Achilles' eyes filled with pity. She had hunted and gotten herself hurt for the pack. "Prey as large as a doe are not meant to be hunted down alone. You should have been accompanied by someone." Achilles' explained quietly. He was about to call for the healers but to his surprise, two of them arrived, having already noticed Riven's condition.
Achilles' chest swelled with pride at how observant they must have been. Recognizing Bambi and Krysanthe, he remembered them as being very close and very good at their rank. Standing back to let them work away, Achilles took the time to observe them. Krysanthe was quiet and distant, allowing her friend to do the work. Why was this? They were equal in skill so why did the fae hang back? Perhaps she was trying to push Bambi into attention so that she would be noticed. Well, it worked. Achilles watched with an intense sense of pride at Bambi worked away. She had managed to realize Riven was hurt and had quickly generalized probably injuries. A small smile spread across his face as he watched them working.

Krysanthe greeted her friend warmly, pressing her muzzle against the other fae's neck in a social way. She had been friends with Bambi for quite a while and both of the young females were good healers. Over time, she had come to understand Bambi better than most. She knew that Bambi wasn't self concious nor vain, somewhere in between. Bambi didn't like being ignored but nor did she like it when others gave her peculiar glances or stares. She knew Bambi thought herself rather bland and with little to be proud of when Krysanthe thought quite the opposite. Bambi was preciously built with a very feminine body. She didn't have an over sleek coat and it was the right length. Her face was well rounded and she had a flawlessly shaped muzzle. And to give her that special effect, her eyes shone brilliantly. To most, this was what a normal, wolf looked like. But to the male with a keen eye, Bambi was the perfect fae to breed with. She would produce puppies with all the necessary qualities to being a good pack canine.
Krysanthe also knew of her affection with the alpha. It was all too obvious in her glittery eyes. So when she wanted to go see Achilles and Riven, the fae nodded, looking eager. "I believe that would be the logical thing to do if we suspect an injured wolf."She said softly as Krysanthe trailed after Bambi. After greeting the alpha, Krysanthe seated herself and let Bambi take control, quite aware of the alpha's gaze landing on her young friend.

Nodding a greeting tords the alpha, she tried to keep her breathing in check so then she would not fall on the floor and start to hyperventilate. But it was no big deal, and Bambi knew that. He was just a wolf, no more no less. He was born a wolf, and will die a wolf. He was not born to be anything more. Just like every wolf in the whole world, he had his flaws, and his strengths. But what seperated him from the rest of the pack? His rank. The thought of it made her stomach twist into a knot. Bambi knew that most faes fell for the alpha hard and fast all because of his rank. And those faes repulsed her. But Bambi knew she was one of them. But she didn’t care for his rank, she cared for what she herd about him. Bambi had been in his pack for almost a year, and at first, she paid no attention to the alpha. But after a wile, she grew rather fond of him. But there was no point in it. Bambi knew if she wanted to get a mate, she should go out and find one. So how come she hadn't of done that yet? Was it because there was a secret pull that Achilles had on her? Did he posses her in her sleep to make her fall for him? That was the only logical explanation, and even thought Bambi knew that was ridiculous, she hoped that that was the explanation. But she had to remind herself, he is just a wolf. The same as her

Tearing her mind away from the alpha and onto the young and rather lovely fae. "May I take a look?" And before Riven could even anwser a yes or no, Bambi had stepped up and was examining her chest. There was a small dent in it. "It appears that sternum might have been broken. Come with me to the healers den. It doesnt look too bad, but if it is broken in half, then you might need to go into surgery. You have been very very brave to not wimper of the pain. This must be extreamly painful, and I am sorry you have to go through with this." Turning to Krysanthe, she said, "If she does need to go into surgery, would you be willing to help me out?" She always asked her friend this, even though she knew the answer is always a 'yes'.

"Hmm, you are definitely right about unworthy Alphas," Brie commented, remembering her old Alpha, "but I think ranks do matter. Ranks are like jobs, in my opinion. I just think hat ranks should be assigned not just by physical strength, but by brainpower, personality, and intentions as well." She thought he made some good points, though she didn't totally agree.
