It takes time to update the List. With the new UR pets out, don't count on them being on the List by the end of next year; it took the ones from last year to finally make it. Just be patient.

What do you mean by that exactly? If you mean other pets on the main list, there's no reason for many of them. There's also no reason to make any changes at the moment to much of the september and advent lists. If you mean the pictures / images though, you'll just have to wait until Komi gets the chance to switch out the links.

1) The list is updated periodically when it is fit to do so. That is, when new UR values are determined with relatively good confidence, or when there is a problem that needs to fixed on the list or if something is definitely out of place now with the way trading has been going in the recent past.
2) It's also upon Komi to update the list, and she's got lots of things to deal with, so it's best to let her update things when she has the time to and can.

Everything's relative to the position of other pets on the lists. None of the advents are at the point really of making a september list when you compare pets on the two lists, and the same goes with the september list and main list comparisons. There are a few select pets that are always talked about because of extremely high demand (like the BA for example), but those discussions have already occurred a multitude of times and the answers to those can be found by searching through previous posts in this topic.

Older store pets gain value over time because they're not re-released every year, so eventually they're likely to move up the list, but it'll also happen gradually if so / when it does. You could expect something regarding the older store pets to happen in the future, but I wouldn't expect any big sudden jumps or anything of the sort. It still takes time, just be patient.
