Is this fair? It seems fair to me, but I have little to no experience trading old pets. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

I got an opinion from lyriclover on it (thanks again), but would like at least 2 opinions on it to be safe. This hasn't got anything to do with trust, but I'm of the opinion that I'd rather be 10 times safe than one time sorry.
