Trade Rant Thread [V.30][Read All the Rules Before Posting]

Step 1. Post your own trade thread begging for trades. Any trades. All trades. You're just so BOOOOOOOOOORED.
Step 2. Receive fair trade for a couple of commons from this year for a couple of other commons.
Step 3. Cancel trade with no message.
Step 4. ???
Step 5. ...Profit?

...this isn't aimed at any one person in particular. Because I've had like a dozen of these in the last couple of weeks and I am sick of it.

Okay I can not wait for the lineart on the zebras to change and cause some sort of demand spike. I just want to trade it down fairly.

so I ask someone what they want for their Raven,
and they edit, adding my target dog, angel advent,
and black advent.

though the trade is incredibly unfair considering that
the raven is only a fifth tier advent despite demand,
I reply with a patient, explanatory message and I
offer a more fair alternative including multiple advents
that are far more than the raven's value.

and they cancel without a message.

The blue '08 dog isn't on my WL and my rule clearly states only WL

some one keeps trying to convince me my reindeer plushy is worth and 09 rare isntead of a 08 rare and i even checked to make sure i wasnt wrong and appoligized if i was, but i am right...
they told me that someone told them that, but i feel bad but i want fair value for my plushies ^.^

I'm not sure why, but it bothers me when someone asks for all, or nearly all, of my List Fodder for one pet. I've gotten an unusual amount of trades like that today and I'm really annoyed. Yeah, some of my Listies are low, but many of them specifically say trade down, and for a reason. Yeah, your Toxic or Sorbet or Balloon Dog, etc, are nice, but I'd rather have some fodder over just that. Maybe it's me, but this bugs the crap outta me.

not talking about anyone in particular, just these sorts of trades in general.

If you know you don't have the fair amount, why bother even asking?

trading down is so frustrating, especially when you've gotten to the stage where you don't care how much you overpay.
