Ocenapaw woke up with an ache in her back and being awfully cold. Hazelfur was right, there were downsides to leafbare. She padded just outside the apprentice den and looked around the clearing with a shiver.

Hazelfur sat in the middle of camp, waiting for her apprentice to arrive. Looking around, she finally spotted her. "Oceanpaw!" she called, and padded to her. "Are you ready to go hunting?"
