[[Couple questions about the "bird form", if you don't mind:
-Can they talk/communicate? If so, to whom?
-Can non-shifting powers be used?

[[That makes sense. So, if, erm, "Bob" shifted into a penguin and "Jack" shifted into a boobie (real bird, google it!), and Bob said "Hi", normal people would hear a penguin squawk? Makes sense. What if Bob was a human and Jack was a boobie? What would happen then? ]]

ｓｐｅｃｉａｌ: aleks is able to levitate, though he's only able to go a certain
distance up, and he requires rests after he does it as it uses up a lot of his energy.
he prefers levitating to walking, strangely, even though he didn't particularly like
it when he was younger.

ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ: aleks is quite secretive and he doesn't trust people
easily for various reasons, though he's very protective of the few friends he does
have. he'd likely be willing to risk his life for any of his very, very close friends;
such as silvia, who he considers a sister of sorts. he has a very quiet voice and
doesn't like to speak up very often, making him somewhat hard to speak with.
he's also a clean freak and hates any kids of messes.

ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ: aleks was born to a mother and a father, as most people are,
however, he never saw his father as he left them before he was even born. the
black-haired boy grew up as most children would, albeit he had few friends due
to his quiet personality type. he was fairly normal up until his thirteenth birthday,
where his mother found him levitating on his bed while sleeping and completely
freaked out. he had met silvia before this; they both went to the same school
and shared the same interests, and they became quick friends, to his mother's
surprise.

after a good five years of hiding from his mother while at home and keeping secrets,
aleks and silvia had made the decision to run away, as they'd both found out that
they had special powers and the government would probably want them for testing
if they ever found out, and it was inevitable that they would.

the duet lived on the streets, aleks having a part-time job and saving up money,
for quite a while, and they still are, though they're familiar with most fighting
techniques and are able to defend themselves while on the run from the
government and all.

ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ: aleks has raven black hair and sky-blue eyes which can
appear grey depending on the light source. due to the fact that he's a runaway, he's
fairly skinny and you could probably count all of his ribs if you tried. he often wears
hats to make himself less recognizable, not wanting to be caught by the police.
flannels, hoodies and skinny jeans are also quite common in his wardrobe, frequently
wearing dark colours along with the occasional red or white.
