Bird flicked her tail gwntly in his face, before nodding, as if to say 'Yes.' She glanced at Raven, patiently waiting for a reaction.

Songbird grazed out in the open, her ears twitching back and forth to keep alert for bachelors or other lone mares. Or worse. The pinto raised her head, swallowing the last bit of grass she decided to eat and looked around. Her scent clouded the air, heavily. Oh, how Songbird hated this time of year. She pinned her ears flat against her skull and then began to canter in a direction where she believed water would be. Songbird hoped no one would be by the source.

Raven smiled and -fade- -unfade- coming to her side he groomed his new mare gently.

Damon frowned at the mare but decided to be his normal polite self "I'm Damon" he murmured gently.

Songbird perked her ears, semi-startled by the loud whinny. She stopped, looking around for a moment before continuing. It seemed a little distant, so she ignored it as of now.
The grass swished by her legs, tickling them. This caused the mare to start galloping in the direction of the water, since thirst was nagging her and the grass was just being a nuisance. The pinto mare sighed softly, slowing to a trot and then stopping to see a stallion by her peripheral vision. She turned her head to look at him, and then flattened her ears in gesture that showed she wasn't very interested at the moment. Turning her head back, she continued to trot, hoping the bachelor wouldn't follow her. Her scent lingered in the air, as if attempting to draw the stallion's attention.

- Fade - - Un Fade - Bird flicked her tail, no longer in heat. She looked down at her belly which was slightly swollen. Bird smiled, playfully lipping the Stallion's mane. Bird trotted a couple tail lengths away, before bending her head to graze on the green grass.

Kai strolled through the thick grasses that surrounded the banks of the river. Her palomino coat shimmered in the spring sunshine. The spring season was the mare’s favorite. Life was blossoming everywhere. Kai’s brown eyes caught sight of a doe and her fawn and blew a soft breath through her nostrils. Kai walked into the shallow bank of the river and dipped her muzzle into the cool liquid, enjoying the silence around her.
