Artist and Staff contest!

~ You cannot give Galaxy Jewels as gifts. Once an imprint's been made, a Galaxy Jewel cannot imprint on anyone else.
~ If you whine about not getting the Galaxy Jewel you wanted to imprint on you, your "pure heart" will be corroded. This will make it less likely you'll get a GJ to imprint on you, as well as make the staff annoyed with you.
~ You cannot sell your GJ for anything.
~ Do not ask to be be a part of the staff.
~ Do not mod for me or the staff.
~ You may own up to eight Galaxy Jewels.
~ This is NOT an open species! Meaning, you cannot create your own GJ because you want one.
This will instantly make your "pure heart" turn black, and any GJ you try to imprint with will ignore you.
~ Customs ARE an option, but only if an artist allows it and also if you're willing to pay their price. In other words, custom GJs are not free.
~ Bugging an artist or me about a custom when our slots are closed or we don't like your bribe, will corrode your pure heart further. Just don't do it.

~ It takes about 30 days for a GJ child to turn into an adult.
~ They age 30 days after their creation date, which is the day the artist posts their creation.
~ Your artist will grow your Galaxy Jewel for you.

~ If you're tired of your GJ, tell me - the owner - or the artist who made your GJ and tell them you no longer want your GJ. From there we will wipe its memory with a special elixir that also happens to cause it to de-age and become a child again. From there it will have the chance to imprint on someone else, and will not remember you.
If you have any artwork of this GJ you will be asked to turn it in, seeing as those memories will no longer exist.
~ Even if you've been imprinted on by a GJ, you will NOT be added to the "who can color this in" section.
~ GJs will never be spotless.
~ No re-vamps.

A Galaxy Jewel is a deer-like creature with a Jewel for a heart. Their tails are far longer than a normal deer, and far more complex. The tails consist of stardust as well as their own magical properties and can be any color and design, though they mostly resemble galaxys. Their tails can heal any illness that a being mite have, as well as act as a beautiful apendage for the Galaxy Jewel. Their tails also reflect parts of their mood. If they're happy and content, their tails will stay curly and dreamy. If they're angry their tails will become agitated and sharper than normal.
All GJ's start as children, staying like this for about a month so their jewel hearts can grow and mature, as well as their long flowing tails and body. From there their magic is the strongest, and they will imprint on a person whom they will stay with forever. It's special, and only the purest hearted humans can ever hope to have a GJ imprint on them.

A GJ's tail is one of their most magical appendages. Like some-type of smoke it rolls with their mood and changes form constantly. You can tell their emotions via their tails and whether they're Rolling, Spiky, or Rippled.
A rolling tail means the GJ is exited and happy. They're usually very kind when their tails are like this, and their tails are far smaller when they're in their rolling form.
A spiky tail means the GJ is agitated or angry, and they'll tend to be violent if approached.
A rippled tail means that the GJ's relaxed and content, able to be identified by the tip their tails create.

A Galaxy Jewel is more likely to have a natural body color with unnatural colored markings and have bright colored tails, eyes and hooves that resemble each other in color. There's rare cases where a GJ will have unnatural colors for a base, but that's pretty much unheard of.
These are the main color types in the GJ race. The left column is for their base color and the right for their marking colors. They can vary, but the natural colors are what will most likely be on a GJs base fur.
A GJs hooves, eyes and tail will most likely resemble a galaxy pattern, and can be any color under the sun. There's no limit to their galaxy colors, but for the body they will have no more than six colors at a time.

What makes a Galaxy Jewel what they are besides their beautiful tails? Their spots of course!
Young GJs have quite a lot of them, but as they grow they fade and become larger spots. These spots are usually one color, but can gradiate from one color to the other. GJs will NEVER be spotless. They would be a completely different species if they were!
