The non-jewel and UR lion are not on the same tier, the non-jewel is one tier down from the UR lion.

It's different when I look at it, with the UR Lion on it's own line above the Non-Jewel, etc. Maybe try clearing your cache?

If you're looking at the picture list, I'm assuming that the person who made that hasn't updated yet; clearing the cache will do nothing in that case. The most up-to-date version is the text list, which is not affected at all by cache since it's purely text.
